Release notes
What changed — paper & framework
Two streams. The working paper stream tracks revisions to The Cost Gradient of the Build itself — new sections, new appendices, updated calibrations, corrections to figures. The framework / simulator stream tracks the open-source simulator and this website — new panels, new endpoints, new editable parameters.

Community invite
The framework is intentionally open. Your contribution is welcome.
If you spot a calibration that should be revised, a parameter that should be exposed for the user to override, a jurisdiction you would like to see added (Germany, India, Japan, Singapore…), an empirical estimate that would tighten a band, or a layer characterisation you disagree with — open an issue or a pull request:
Substantive engagement — challenges to a parameter, alternative K₇ trajectories, jurisdictional case studies — is the framework getting better. The simulator is open precisely so practitioners and researchers can argue with it.
